Chicken Alfredo Zoodle Bake

Ooey Gooey Goodness! 🤗



1.5 cups spiralized zucchini (3 greens)

6 oz grilled chicken breast (1 leaner)

2 tbsp Raos alfredo sauce (1 healthy fat)

2 tbsp parm cheese (2 condiments)

1/2 tsp black pepper (1 condiment)


  1. Preheat oven to 400.

  2. Dice cooked grilled chicken and set aside.

  3. Heat medium nonstick pan to medium heat, lightly spray with cooking spray, and add uncooked spiralized zucchini. Let these cook for 4-5 minutes, until the water releases from the zucchini and evaporates.

  4. Add diced chicken, Alfredo sauce, and black pepper into the pan and stir to combine ingredients.

  5. Add zucchini mixture into a small baking dish. Top with an even layer of parm cheese.

  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Enjoy!

Hi,

Can you freeze the Alfredo sauce? I buy the Raos marinara and freeze it in silicone muffin cups and thaw as needed. Think I could do this with the Alfredo?
