Ingredients:ā£
9 oz raw white fish - I did grouper (6 oz cooked) (3/4 Leanest)ā£
1/3 bag of taco flavor quest chips broken up as bread crumbs(1/6 Leaner)ā£
1/2 tsp tajin seasoning (1/2 Condiment)ā£
1/4 tsp salt (1/2 Condiment)ā£
2 tsp lime juice (1 Condiment)ā£
1 tbsp chopped cilantro ā£
1 cup cauliflower rice (2 Greens)ā£
1/4 cup chopped red cabbage (1/2 Green)ā£
1/4 sliced jalapeƱo (1/2 Green)ā£
1.5 oz avocado (1 Healthy Fat)ā£
2 tbsp lite sour cream (1 Healthy Fat)ā£

Directions:ā£
1. Season raw fish with tajin and salt. Then spray with olive oil and coat in quest chip bread crumbs.ā£
2. Place on small piece of parchment paper and cook in air fryer on 400 for 10 minutes. Flip and cook for another 2-5 depending on size of fish.ā£
3. SautĆ© cauliflower rice in nonstick pan. Once it starts to get soft, add lime juice and chopped cilantro. Stir until a nice rice consistency.ā£
4. Assemble bowl with cauliflower rice on the bottom. Top with crispy fish, cabbage, avocado, jalapeƱo and sour cream.ā£
