This is a good option if you're looking for something super lite. It could be that you had a big lunch, fell off plan the day before, are doing a fat burn blitz, etc. I also just love shrimp for a quick and easy dinner. I have a 2 lb bag of frozen shrimp in my freezer at all times. They thaw in 5 minutes and cook in 4. What's better??
7 oz grilled shrimp cooked with a couple sprays of pam and a dash of salt and black pepper (leanest) (1/4 condiment)ā
